Hindi department has been established in Government Chaiytu Gayta (Alor) Govt. College, Pharasgaon. In this college (BA, B.Sc., B.Com) at the undergraduate level, under the basic course (Hindi language) has been studied. In which general Hindi grammar basic information has been included under the syllabus.

Under this course, teaching work is done on the basis of the level of the students, in  which information about general grammar as well as letter writing, summarization art is given.

The course conducted in this college is designed by the members of the Board of Studies by Shaheed Mahendra Karma University Jagdalpur and in this college, Hindi as a language subject to all the faculties (Arts, Science, Commerce) was implemented by Bastar University as a course.
