Meaning :- The Anglo word history is derived from the great word history which means fact that actually happened.


Terminology:- The events of the chronology are the written description in other words the name of the specific event of human being is history.

- The history of the college at the undergraduate level is in three period, ancient, medieval and modern as well as the history of the world, as well as local (Chhattisgarh) history has been included as course.


Importance:- By its study students are able to understand the present culture on the basis of past Civilization and culture of their country and get knowledge of its gradual development history is the bridge between the past and the present.
